1. Processing Time: Our processing time is 7 – 10 business days after receipt of payment.
2. Shipping Rates:
   • Flat Rate Shipping within USA: $15
   • Flat Rate Shipping to Canada: $95
   • Flat Rate Shipping Worldwide – International to Other Countries: $105.00
3. Shipping Selection:
   • Please select the appropriate shipping destination. For example, if shipping to Canada, select “Canada”. If the shipping rate to the USA is selected, the balance of the shipping rate will be collected and will delay the shipment of products.
   • We ship via USPS. Orders exceeding the capacity of one shipping box will receive an invoice for a second box.
4. Maximum Order Capacity per Box:
   • 1 Box fits “up to” 25 – 8oz items
   • 1 Box fits “up to” 9 – 32oz items
   • We will endeavor to fit all orders into 1 box, but the guideline above serves as a reference.
5. Return and Exchange Policy:
   • We do not accept returns unless there is an issue with the item or if it arrived damaged. Photographic evidence of the issue is required.
   • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
   • If a problem with the product is verified, we will offer a refund or exchange for the same or a similar item of equal value.
   • Proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.
   • Products purchased in-store or through our website may be returned or exchanged directly through email at [email protected].
   • For products purchased through a wholesale vendor, please contact them directly.
   • Products purchased from third-party platforms are not guaranteed fresh, and issues should be addressed directly with the seller.
